Open Question: Cost of Dental Work in Costa Rica?

I am planning a vacation to Costa Rica within the next Month. As it turns out I need to have some major dental work done. Being that I dont have any benefits here, I was thinking it might be cheaper to get it done in costa rica. Anyone how the cost of a root canal and crown to get done in Costa Rica?
